06 Commence Construction Works
You will receive updates on theprocess of the project throughout with project managementsoftware. Site meetings arearranged if required to monitorprogress of the works.
07 Handover
Carry out a detailed inspection of the completed works with you and rectify any incomplete works for final acceptance and occupation.
08 Maintenance Period
Attend to any issues or any rectification works that require completion during the defects liability period.
